How to Register

Registration begins May 1, 2006. To prevent clogged skies, competition is limited to 150 entrants only so the sooner after May 1 you register, the better. To obtain a registration form, just click on the link below:

The registration fee is $85. All entries received with a postmark prior to May 1 will be returned to the sender unprocessed.

100% refund on or before September 5

50% refund on or before September 10

No refunds after September 10
